• Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, birth details, and the story or transcript you share when you start a wish or fill out the connect form.
• Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through our analytics tool.

How we use it

• To generate your WISH WELL profile and next steps.
• To process payment for the parts of the Site that charge a fee.
• To follow up about the wish network, design sprints, or the calendar, if you asked to be contacted.
• To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: Stripe (payment), Notion (storing your submission and profile), Trello (internal task tracking), and Anthropic (generating your profile from your transcript). We don’t sell your information.

Your choices

You can decline non-essential analytics cookies from the banner on the Site. You can ask us to delete your submission and profile at any time by emailing us.
